Shipping policy

Free shipping to the United States

All orders shipped to US addresses get free standard shipping. There is no minimum order.

Processing time

Orders are processed by our fulfillment partners after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery estimates

Delivery timing varies by product, destination and fulfillment location. Some products ship from US suppliers, while others, including the Foldable Travel Garment Steamer, ship from an international fulfillment partner.

When a supplier-confirmed delivery estimate is available, it is shown with the product or shipping option. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; carrier delays, customs, weather and peak seasons can affect delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.

If an order contains items from different locations, they may arrive in separate packages.

Where we ship

Each product page and the checkout show where that product can be delivered. Products from our US suppliers ship to US addresses only.

Tracking and delivery issues

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, email contact@shopyguru.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Address changes and cancellations

Please check your address carefully before ordering. Contact us as soon as possible to request a correction or cancellation; changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or shipped.
